Ingredients
- Potatoes 3.5 oz ≒ 100g
- Water
- 2 boiled eggs
- Pickles (chopped well) 0.35 oz ≒ 10g

- Mayonnaise 0.85 oz ≒ 24g
- Mustard 0.21 oz ≒ 6g
- Cane sugar 0.14 oz ≒ 4g
- Salt 0.11 oz ≒ 3g
- Black pepper (a pinch)
- Miso 0.35 oz ≒ 10g
- Sliced bacon 1.1 oz ≒ 30g
- Paprika
- Parsley
Instructions
- Put the potatoes with skin in a pan. Pour enough water to cover. Heat the pan. Boil long enough until the potatoes are softened. It is ready when a bamboo skewer passes the potatoes quickly. Get rid of the hot water.
- Peel off the potato skin. Cut into 2cm cubes.
- Add the boiled eggs and mix.
- Sauté the bacon until firmly colored without oiling in the frying pan.
- Serve in a bowl, add bacon, paprika powder and parsley.
