Ingredients

Miso + Mayonnaise + Chili Powder

  • Miso 1.1 oz ≒ 30g
  • Mayonnaise 2.8 oz ≒ 80g
  • Chili powder

Miso + Tomato Sauce + Cream Cheese

  • Miso 0.88 oz ≒ 25g
  • Tomato Sauce 2.5 oz ≒ 70g
  • Olive Oil 0.18 oz ≒ 5g
  • Cream Cheese 1.1 oz ≒ 30g

Miso + Yogurt + Pickles

  • Miso 0.71 oz ≒ 20g
  • Yogurt 2.8 oz ≒ 80g
  • Pickles 0.35 oz ≒ 10g
  • Dill (finely chopped) 0.035 oz ≒ 1g
  • Capers 0.18 oz ≒ 5g

Instructions

Miso + Mayonnaise + Chili Powder

  1. Mix all the Miso and mayonnaise and serve on a plate, top with chili powder and finish.

Miso + tomato sauce + cream cheese

  1. Warm olive oil in a frying pan. Add the tomato sauce and boil until it gets thick like ketchup.
  2. Mix it with Miso and cream cheese.

Miso + Yogurt + Pickles

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy !
